It’s that time of year when we start to celebrate love in all its forms, and as I prepare for my own Valentine’s celebrations I’d like to spread the love to all of you! From now until February 7th, you may add one additional subject to your commission at no extra cost! This means you can get an amazing custom art piece of two characters for the price of one, saving yourself up to $20. So whether you’re looking for art of a loving embrace or a fatal duel, take advantage of this deal while you can!Please note that any more added characters after the first will still be charged their regular fee. NOTE: If you have no visual reference for your subject, you are commissioning a character design as well as an art piece, which I am more than happy to do! (For examples of my designs, see above, or check out the gallery.)Be aware that if this is the case, you will be charged extra ($5-$20) depending on the complexity of the character and size of the piece. Proper reference includes but is not limited to:

  • an image of the subject (even the simplest of sketches will do)

  • a picrew, heroforge, or other model of the subject

  • a collage or collection of images / a mood board used as inspiration for the subject

  • a visual or written Frankenstein’s monster of people or characters for which you can provide visual reference

Terms of Service

The following terms apply to Jaden Fox, further called Artist, and the person or institution purchasing a work of art from them, further called Customer. By ordering a commission, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Process

  • After receiving a commission request, Artist will consult with the Customer and send a payment request via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle before starting on the piece.

  • Artist will send a sketch for Customer to approve; further progress updates can be provided upon request.

  • Customer is allowed a total of 2 free major revisions during the sketch phase. Further revisions may result in an upcharge determined by the Artist based on the complexity and/or timing of the revision.

  • Commissions will be delivered digitally as a high-resolution PNG to an email address provided by the Customer. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to order and bear the costs of prints, stickers, or other physical copies of the product if desired.

Personal and Commercial Use

  • The art received by the Customer is for Customer’s personal use only. Customer may share it privately with the Artist’s signature, or publicly with Artist’s watermark or as a photograph of a physical copy, with proper credit.

  • All rights to the artwork belong to the Artist, who may use it for advertising and their own social media and portfolio. Customer may request that their commission not be shared publicly, or to be tagged or otherwise credited when it is.

  • Any use of the work for commercial purposes, reselling it, or reproduction must be approved beforehand by the Artist. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Artist defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets, AI tools, or any present or future inventions in the space.

Payment

  • Customer agrees to pay the full amount due prior to beginning the work for any orders costing less than or equal to 60 U.S. dollars.

  • For orders costing more than 60 U.S. dollars, Customer agrees to pay half of the amount due prior to beginning the work. The other half must be paid upon the approval of the sketch.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees, and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Artist.

Refunds & Cancellation

  • All sales are final unless affected by circumstances such as those described below— Customer may not request a full or partial refund otherwise.

  • If there are difficulties preventing the Artist from completing the piece in a timely manner, such as illness, accident, or other unexpected circumstances, the Artist will offer to cancel the commission with a partial refund based on how much progress has been made. Customer is entitled to their commission wherever it stands at the time of cancellation.

  • Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order not yet started, under condition of full refund.
